These Terms govern the use of Prof Scale, an AI-powered LMS and educational platform developed by RYAD FRESH for tutors, educators, schools, and students.

1. Platform Purpose

Prof Scale provides AI-enhanced educational tools that allow tutors to create hybrid learning experiences using recorded lessons, live sessions, classroom teaching, AI tutor simulations, voice technologies, educational supports, quizzes, assignments, and skills progression systems.

2. Ownership of Tutor Content

Tutors retain ownership of their educational content, including:

  • • Videos and recorded lessons
  • • PDFs and educational supports
  • • Quizzes and assignments
  • • Voice samples
  • • Tutor images and reference photos
  • • Educational methodologies
  • • AI-generated tutor assets

By uploading content, tutors authorize Prof Scale to process and use the data only within the scope of the platform’s educational services.

3. AI Voice & AI Character Consent

Tutors who submit voice samples or reference images explicitly confirm that:

  • • The submitted voice belongs to them
  • • The submitted images belong to them
  • • They authorize Prof Scale to create AI educational experiences using these assets
  • • They understand that AI-generated tutor simulations may be created from their educational content

Tutors may request deletion of their assets at any time, subject to platform moderation and legal obligations.

4. AI Content & Educational Reliability

Prof Scale is designed to prioritize tutor educational materials and tutor-approved resources when generating AI educational interactions.

However, AI systems may occasionally produce inaccurate, incomplete, or unintended responses. Tutors and students should verify important educational, professional, or academic information independently.

Prof Scale and RYAD FRESH are not liable for damages resulting from AI-generated content, AI simulations, or user misuse of the platform.

5. Student Progress & Skills Tracking

The platform may track:

  • • Course completion
  • • Quiz performance
  • • XP progression
  • • Hard skill development
  • • Soft skill progression
  • • Educational engagement metrics

These analytics are intended exclusively for educational improvement and personalized learning experiences.

6. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

  • • Upload illegal, abusive, or misleading content
  • • Impersonate another tutor or person
  • • Upload copyrighted educational material without authorization
  • • Misuse AI-generated educational systems
  • • Attempt to exploit or attack the platform infrastructure

7. Platform Evolution

Prof Scale is an evolving platform. Features, AI systems, educational tools, integrations, and pricing structures may evolve over time as the platform expands.
